What is Sculptra?

Sculptra is a volumizer, not a wrinkle filler. It restores the natural volume loss that occurs with aging, which is responsible for the appearance of wrinkles. Preparation

Inform Dr. Rotemberg of any medications you are taking, including herbal supplements, as they may interact with Sculptra. Patients are advised to avoid alcohol and blood thinners such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and fish oil supplements as they may increase the risk of bleeding and bruising.

You should also avoid sun exposure before and after treatment as it may increase the risk of side effects such as hyperpigmentation. And while you will be able to drive yourself home after your appointment, you may want to have a friend join you!

Recovery

Results
